-Bath fans need to be cleaned, and inspected to ensure proper operation, if they are not moving enough humid air out of the home moisture creates mold.

-Exercising sump pumps, is critical each year. If a sump pump fails there is potentially huge costs, and inconvenience.
-Inspecting back water valves are clean and operating properly.
